Honorees and Guests:

There has been an overwhelming response to celebrate the arrival of the first Deamonte Driver Mobile Dental Clinic, on Thursday, May 6, 2010, on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. For this reason, we will need to have the names of all guests and honorees expected to attend the celebratory events.   Here are the details for both events (The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and the Deamonte Driver Dental Project Awards Ceremony):

RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY:

Location:  On Third Street, NW, between Constitution and Pennsylvania Avenues, on the West Side (Side closest to the Washington Monument)

Timeline:    

• 8:15 am - Assemble on sidewalk adjacent to van on Third St. for Photo Shoot
• 8:30 am - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
• 8:40 am - “Quick Walk Through” 
• 8:45 am - Shuttle transportation for guests from Ribbon Cutting to Rayburn House Office Bldg. for Awards Ceremony
